Product Usage:

The effective component of polyurethane catalyst A33 is triethylenediamine, a solution made of 33% triethylenediamine and 67% dipropylene glycol. It is mainly used as a gel catalyst for polyurethane foams and is widely used in soft , Semi-rigid, rigid polyurethane foam, coatings, elastomers, in polyurethane foaming systems, isocyanate first reacts with triethylenediamine to form an active complex, the nature of the complex is very unstable, once the carbamate After the ester bond is formed, it will be released, which is conducive to further catalysis. Triethylenediamine has a strong catalytic effect on the gel reaction and the foaming reaction, especially on the polyurethane and the hydroxyl group. A33 is mainly used as a gel catalyst for polyurethane foams, and is widely used in soft, semi-rigid, rigid polyurethane foams, elastomers, and coatings.
